The prices of the goods sold on our Shop are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in Algerian Dinar (DA), calculated with all taxes included (TTC) and do not include the delivery costs of the order.
They will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
Orders placed online on our Store are checked periodically every day, at certain times of the day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. will be processed the following day.
Your order will be shipped to you within 2-4 business days from the date of your purchase. Delivery times may be longer due to the intensity during peak season sales. Delivery times may differ for areas outside of city centers.
Please note that in times of discounts and promotions, delivery may be a little later due to increased demand.
In accordance with our policy of putting customer satisfaction first, all purchases from our U.S. POLO ASSN. are subject to exchange within 7 days from the date they reach you.
This also applies to any purchases that are damaged or faulty, as well as purchases sent to you in error. Or even if you change your mind about the product you want, your satisfaction is our goal.
Before asking to change your product, make sure that:
- The product has not passed more than 07 days since the date of receipt of the article.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, labeled, complete (with accessories, belts, etc.) and unused.
- You must have the slip that arrived with the package and that contains your order number.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Since underwear, swimwear and masks are included in the groups of hygienic products, the exchange and return cannot be made in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations in force.
If the item is damaged or defective, it will be replaced and another one will be shipped free of charge without having to pay the shipping costs again.
In the event that you wish to replace the product because you have changed your mind or wish to have another product in its place, you will only pay the delivery costs + the price difference of the two products, if applicable. (The exchange is made with a basket of the same value or greater than the total of the previous order.)
Goods that have seasonal discounts cannot be exchanged with other goods that do not have seasonal discounts, but can be exchanged for the same item.
We have the right to refuse replacement in certain cases, for example: The replacement request is repeated in a short time and on most products.
