Payment Policy

The price payable for the product is the one indicated on our Shop, in Algerian dinars (DA). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the date mentioned but do not include shipping costs which are to be paid extra and displayed separately during the payment process.

We may change prices on our site at any time without notice but changes will not affect orders already accepted. however, please be aware that if the VAT rate changes after the date of your order, we will adjust the VAT rate.

Delivery Policy

Your order will be processed the moment you validate it and a delivery time will be communicated to you at that time.

If no one is present at the address you have indicated to us to receive the delivery, after three (03) attempts, we may terminate your contract.

The delivery of your order will be made to the address you have indicated and the product will then pass under your responsibility.

Refund Policy

If the product received is not the one you ordered, we guarantee its replacement.

If you have decided to change your mind, you can return your package to our courier without paying anything. Please note, however, that the sealed product can only be opened after payment to the courier.

If after unsealing the packaging, you find that the product does not correspond to your order or size, please return the product at your expense to our address, within four (04) days from the date of delivery. After this period, no return is accepted and the delivery is considered compliant.
The returned product cannot be refunded but the amount is converted into vouchers equivalent to the amount of this product. Please note that a product can only be returned for the following reasons:

The item is torn or damaged
The label indicates a different size than the one you ordered from us.
